Remember that when you purchase, you are purchasing this software as a download (Download by going here and clicking the "Try" button). However, for an additional fee, there is an option called eCD. eCD is the option of receiving your software purchases on CD, in addition to downloading them from the web store. If you purchase this option, you will receive a plain-packaged CD containing all supported items from your order. The CD will be shipped within two business days via First Class/Airmail. Most deliveries will arrive within just a few days, but we ask that you allow three weeks for delivery to U.S. addresses, and four weeks for delivery to non-U.S. addresses.

When you purchase any of our software, you will receive either a serial number or a user name / user key value pair (usually within a few minutes) to get you up and running. Upgrades are free for the entire major series. For example, if you purchase 1.0, you get all the 1.xx upgrades free.

When you receive a serial number:

In the Help menu of the purchased software(s), select 'Enter Serial Number'. Copy and paste the serial number(s) into the Serial Number text box and click OK:

When you receive a user name / user key value pair:

Click the 'Enter Key' of the Reminder dialog (displayed when you run the trial version). In the next dialog, copy and paste the user name value into the Name text box, and copy and paste the user key value into the Key text box.
